We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer hassle-free exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase. Provided you haven’t washed your Napper, we’ll happily take it back, no questions asked.

After processing your return through our returns portal, you can opt to purchase a new item instead of receiving a refund. Your new item will ship once the return is dropped off at your nearest Canada Post facility. If there is a price difference between the new item and your original purchase, it is charged when placing the exchange order, or a remaining refund will be issued once the return reaches us. The processing fee of $19.99 is waived for exchanges.

Once your return has been processed, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original method of payment. If the item is damaged or stained, we may issue a partial refund. The refund process may take 10-15 business days depending on the payment method used. A processing & inspection fee of $19.99 will apply.

Yes, when returning an item in the 30-day window return shipping is free – please note that we do charge a processing & inspection fee of $19.99, which is deducted from the refund.

We charge a $19.99 fee to cover the cost of processing and inspecting the return at our warehouse. The processing fee is waived for exchanges.
