We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase. Provided you haven’t washed your Napper, we’ll happily take it back, no questions asked.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com or get in touch via this contact form. Unfortunately, no orders can be canceled once they are already processed and fulfilled by our warehouse.
How do exchanges work?
After processing your return through our returns portal, you can opt to purchase a new item instead of receiving a refund. Your new item will ship once the return is dropped off at your nearest Canada Post facility. If there is a price difference between the new item and your original purchase, it is charged when placing the exchange order, or a remaining refund will be issued once the return reaches us. The processing fee of $19.99 or $25.99 is waived for exchanges.
How do returns work?
Once your return has been processed, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original method of payment. If the item is damaged or stained, we may issue a partial refund. The refund process may take 10-15 business days depending on the payment method used. A processing & inspection fee of $19.99 for Cotton Nappers, Tree Nappers, Velvet Nappers and Napplings, and $25.99 for Huggers, will apply.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, when returning an item in the 30-day window return shipping is free – please note that we do charge a processing & inspection fee of $19.99 for Cotton Nappers, Tree Nappers, Velvet Nappers and Napplings and $25.99 for Huggers, which is deducted from the refund.
Do you charge a processing fee?
We charge a $19.99 fee for the purchase of Cotton Nappers, Tree Nappers, Velvet Nappers and Napplings, and $25.99 for the purchase of Huggers, to cover the cost of processing and inspecting the return at our warehouse. The processing fee is waived for exchanges.
